Arz Cafe, settled in Beaverton, Oregon, embodies Abbas Idris’s love for his homeland’s flavors. Influenced by his family’s culinary traditions, Abbas found comfort in baking from a young age. When he moved to the United States, his longing for home-cooked meals inspired the creation of Arz Café. A place where Middle Eastern flavors prosper. Driven by nostalgia and armed with family recipes, Abbas made a haven where the community gathers to savor homemade delicacies. Arz Cafe stands today as a struggle of love, inviting customers to taste tradition and stories in every bite.
